About Natalie Lueders
I’ve always loved the space where strategy meets creativity where a good idea becomes something that truly moves people. For nearly 15 years, I’ve built a career helping teams grow, brands connect, and missions come to life.
Career
I founded Bold Bear Consulting LLC (formerly Natalie Lueders Marketing & Graphic Design) in 2011 with a simple goal: to bring thoughtful, high-quality design and marketing support to public health researchers and community-based organizations. What began as a one-woman studio has evolved into a trusted creative partner for universities, health systems, and behavioral research teams nationwide. Through Bold Bear, I’ve collaborated on dozens of NIH- and CDC-funded studies crafting intervention branding, participant materials, and digital content that make science accessible and human.

In 2024, I also took on a new chapter as Director of Operations for Silverlight Asset Management, a Newport Beach–based wealth management firm that blends disciplined investing with human performance science. At Silverlight, I oversee operations, marketing, and strategic growth helping connect the firm’s “wealth + wellbeing” philosophy with clients and partners through events, storytelling, and digital strategy. Our team is made up of some of the most brilliant and amazing humans – Michael Cannivet, Matt Barkley, Geoffrey Berwind and Dr. Stephen Sideroff.

Community & Leadership
My professional work is deeply rooted in community. I believe that leadership starts locally on the court, in the classroom, and through shared purpose.
- Youth Sports Coach — Coached elementary-aged basketball and volleyball teams, focusing on teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
- National Charity League — Active member supporting philanthropic service, leadership development, and mother-daughter community engagement.
- Solano Catholic Church — Volunteer in faith formation, mentoring children and families in their spiritual development.
- Santa Margarita Catholic High School Mothers Club — Board Member and Faith Retreats Chair, helping create spaces for reflection and connection among students and parents at the beginning of Advent and Lent seasons.
- Coto Run Club — Founder and organizer of a local running community that’s grown to 200+ members, fostering health, connection, and motivation across all ages and paces.
These experiences keep me grounded and remind me that the same principles that drive great work teamwork, perseverance, and purpose also build strong communities.
Beyond the Desk
I’m an endurance athlete who believes that movement fuels mindset. In January 2025, I completed my first ultramarathon, the Avalon 50K on Catalina Island, an unforgettable test of resilience, gratitude, and grit that I shared with my running buddy and my sister. Later that year, my daughter and I tackled a different kind of challenge: a 10-mile run (and walk!) alongside donkeys in Inyokern, California. Our donkey’s name was Frijolita. It was equal parts adventure, comedy, and reminder that joy often shows up when you take the long route.

Those miles whether solo on a trail or shared with family and friends keep me centered. They remind me that endurance isn’t just physical; it’s how we show up for our goals, our people, and ourselves.
Guiding Philosophy
Whether I’m designing for public good, optimizing operations, mentoring a team, or running the next trail mile, I believe in sustainable growth the kind that balances performance with purpose and creativity with heart.
